- All gift vouchers are sent with standard postage unless otherwise ordered. Once posted delivery is out of our control.
- Any remaining amounts are not exchangeable for cash.
- Original hard copy voucher is required for validity.
- Online voucher purchase receipts are NOT valid.
- Out of date vouchers are not accepted.
