For one night only The Lodge at Ashford Castle is hosting a very special event, 1826 Restaurant ‘Pop Up’. The Lodge at Ashford Castle’s Executive Chef Jonathan Keane is delighted to welcome back the Lodge’s former Executive Chef Wade Murphy, who is now currently Head Chef and Proprietor of 1826 Adare. Wade Murphy has worked in some of the top kitchens in London, Chicago, Egypt and is now returning to Cong to grace us with his culinary delights.
